That Linux would raise above Windows and use % instead of time

fx in install of system, programs or such situations you will sometimes look at :
the installation will take xx min, counting down

but if your computer hangs, are slow for some reason or having hickups, then you can't trust time showed by a piece of software
% done is only way (i think)
