Rumour has it that Skype as we know it ends on 1 March 2017...
Is this true for Skype for linux (latest version = 4.3), or is it just a hoax that's gone viral?
If Skype for linux is going out the window, has the Linux Mint community got a contingency plan for its members?

Is Skype disappearing on 1st March 2017?
