Where to get help about Cinnamon in non-deb systems?

I was used to report an issue here for Cinnamon issues but regardless a deb system, but this issue was moved to the ''Chats'' forums, i need to clarify that, where is your official Cinnamon support for non-deb systems, Github? community.linuxmint.com? cinnamon.linuxmint.com?

My non-deb systems with Cinnamon are Tumbleweed and F26. I have also asked in https://linuxquestions.org needing my attention.
