lolz...

Gosh, I guess Gnome 3.x-using distros are going to just drive themselves down the good ole rabbit hole on this one, aren't they?

Hmm... a group with radically changed philosophies glomming onto other groups and getting them to go along with it, and becoming so radicalized they will knock themselves out of the mainstream of opinion and public sentiment. Where oh where have I seen this pattern of behavior before?

CSD has now been added to Firefox 59 Beta

As you can see in the above picture the Firefox tabs are in the Title bar instead of being below wasting space.

I hope they get rid of the small gap above the tabs.

Apparently it's only there when you don't have firefox in full screen so you have something to drag the window about , it's called drag space in options.

@Lucap, I have Firefox 59, the release version, directly from Mozilla but no way to try CSD!

By the user comments at the bottom it's now in Firefox 60 Beta so i assume they want it tested for a bit longer.

I just downloaded the beta specifically to look at the CSD aspect. With a maximized window, the little gap above the tabs I'd seen the last time I looked is gone. The gap is there, though, in non-maximized windows. That's fine by me because I usually have Firefox running maximized.

I just tried firefox 60 nightly and it now has the above customise option to hide the title bar and it worked just like the old htitle addon. :)
They haven't yanked it so far. v60 releases in a couple of days.
