The simplest solution would be to include a protection code to be enforced by requirement in all internet browsers.
For example any transfer that does not contain digital signature would be erased directly from the computer roasted 24 hours.
I think it would be a nice measure even for those who would like to see a movie that is not my case.
The issue holds if not in the infraction of the content to be expropriated but in the duration of the same stored for future visions.
The ideal would be an auto script that would delete the file in question.
