Whenever I'm asked the question "why have I never heard of Linux?" reply is that the other to OS's have a marketing budget.
Marketing is seldom mentioned by Linexophiles. Perhaps it is time to begin stressing this as well as the technical side of life?
Have done over 500 installs for clients, technical's a given, marketing's non-existent. Bulletproof on most hardware.

Linux has many varieties. The commercial versions like red hat, ubuntu , Oracle would have budget for sales.
