What's your favorite font to use in Linux?

I suppose everyone has different taste, hence everyone use different fonts in Linux. Show me yours.
Mine is Noto Sans - this seems to be the only font close enough to Calibri.

On Firefox browser I like the Deja Vu fonts. For word processing I use the MS fonts Times & Arial. I think my system fonts are all Sans.
Like Flemur I use bold GUI fonts. Called getting old I guess

I'm a great aficionado of Mrs. Carol Twombly's fonts. In addition to the fruit system, these fonts are installed on all available devices - from smartphone and tablet to the Linux notebook...

I like bold too but on Linux Arial Bold doesn't always look good and sometimes it becomes unreadable, no matter what size I set.

I use Noto Sans Bold for GUI and system fonts. For word processing I primarily use URW Palladio (serif), but I sometimes use URW Gothic (sans serif). Spreadsheets are almost always URW Gothic, but I sometimes use URW Bookman (serif).

Liberation Mono. Mainly because I keep my chord charts for guitar in a Writer document and a monospaced font ensures the changes remain in the same location.

My 68 year old eyes do not like the system default or document fonts.
As I need to display Thai characters on my system I stumbled upon Tahoma fonts. I have now been using them as my default for several years.

There are a number of fonts Microsoft bundles with Windows Vista and later, and with Office 2007 and later, which if you install them on any other OS do not render correctly. Many of the Asian fonts fall under this heading.

I fixed the copies I had using Font Forge. It's been a while since I did this, but if anyone is interested, I can revisit what I did and then post instructions here so you can fix your own copies. Basically, you use Font Forge to produce new TTFs and TTCs with only outline data and no bitmaps.

EDIT: All of the fonts in question are Truetype Collections, or TTCs. The fonts I'm referring to specifically are:

• Batang
• Calibri
• Cambria
• Courier New
• Gulim
• MS Gothic
• MS Mincho.
