I want to join a community in Sydney. Anyone know of Sydney groups?

I don't know about Linux Mint but there is a Linux User Group (the keyword to use for searching) in Sydney: https://slug.org.au/. It's probably aimed more towards developers and people working professionally with Linux. You could contact the group to find out if it's a fit for you, or attend one of their meetups just for the experience (there's a meeting next week Friday).
