Interesting! At first glance this might be something I can use for certain Mint boxes of other people, for who I am the sysadmin....

What if they still have capability to upgrade to a different kernel? Would need some way to keep that from happening.
All things go better with Mint. Mint julep, mint jelly, mint gum, candy mints, pillow mints, peppermint, chocolate mints, spearmint,....
