i have bin doing some research about an impending program that will allow Warpinator to connect to Apple iPhone.

I don't see the relation to Warpinator? The linked article is about Flutter, one of many user interface libraries developers can use. Warpinator instead uses Gtk3 and that works on Linux, Windows and macOS. I don't think it runs on iOS or Android. But a user interface library is just for the looks of the program—not for what the program actually does. Other libraries are probably used by most programs for what they actually do. As is the case with Warpinator which uses among others Glib, Xapp, NetworkManager and many others to do what it does. Just swapping out Gtk3 user interface library for Flutter won't make Warpinator run on iOS. All the libraries that do the actual work would need to be replaced with iOS alternatives.
