Debian packages on Chromium OS
Hi, I know that this is not the best place to ask, but I have read, that Chromium OS is able to use Debian packages - how is it possible? Does Chromium OS have the same base as Debian? Is it some sort of emulation? Thank you very much for your responses.

Well yes, but those are tutorials on how to do that and not an explanation, if you are able to find it, then please send it to me and I am sorry for disturbing you. Thank you very much.
Re: Debian packages on Chromium OS
Chrome OS is a lot like Linux, it uses a Linux kernel from Gentoo (I think) and then makes their own patches to it. And then uses a proprietary wrapper. Apple OS is actually similar. It also seems you have to use have to use Google dev channels to do this, which isn't surprising because Chrome OS is NOT GNU/Linux like Ubuntu or Mate.
