Useful dual boot Windows and Linux program

I think the 3rd one is the best, but is it stable?

Explore2fs is well known and stable
Ext2 Installable File System For Windows is undoubtedly interesting and as the ext2 file system is not a corporate secret like NTFS it should be possible to write good software for this purpose. It's a couple of years old so I think it's ok
I could not find a real review of it though

I use Ext2Fsd.
No problems with it in Vista Ultimate.
