Système très instable

Salut tout le monde!
Alors voilà depuis quelques temps mon système est complètement instable, genre il plante presque une fois par jour et depuis 4 ou 5 jours le gestionnaire de mis à jour est vide, je trouve ça suspect, c'est assez rare il me semble.
Quelqu'un pour me filer un coup de main?

Arf j'avais une clef tail mais impossible de remettre la main dessus.
J'ai essayer de mettre le gestionnaire à jour, ça n'a pas marché, ça m'a mis un message d'erreur...

Il n'y a plus de place dans le répertoie /boot, une installation de noyau ne peut pas s'achever. Le noyau en cours d'utilisation version 4.4.4-gnu il vient d'où ? c'est pas un noyau officiel.

Entre ces commandes pour faire de la place, utilise copier coller, le 2 points au début fait partie de la commande :

Arf,le problème revient...
AU démarage, il y aécrit en haut à gauche de l'écran:
"le volume boot n'a plus que 0 octet d'espace disque disponible"
Et quand je clique sur "examiner"
Ça me met :
"Impossible d'analyser le dossier « /boot » ou certains de ces sous-dossiers."

La dernière fois que j'ai essayé de mettre à jour le système ça m'a mis ce message:

Pour régler ce problème durablement il va falloir :
- faire de la place
- reprendre l'installation en cours
- activer l'affichage du menu grub au démarrage
- démarrer sur le dernier noyau officiel
- installer et configurer Timeshift si tu ne l'as pas déjà fait, qui permet de restaurer le système facilement à un état précédent.
- si tout fonctionne correctement supprimer le noyau exotique 4.4.4-gnu

Pour commencer fais de la place :

Redémarre, est-ce que le menu grub s'affiche ?
Si c'est bien le cas sélectionne la ligne Options avancées et sélectionne la ligne du noyau 4.4.0-128 pour démarrer dessus (la 1ère des lignes qui contient 4.4.0-128)

Vérifie que tout fonctionne correctement avant d'aller plus loin. Donne aussi le résultat de ces commandes :

Lance une suppression des paquets inutiles :

Ça va pas, les commandes pour supprimer les anciens paquets noyaux ne marchent pas ?

Vérifie avant de continuer que tu es sur le noyau 4.4.0-128 avec la commande uname :

Supprime les anciens paquets noyaux :

Tu as configuré Timeshift pour des instantanés automatiques ?
