VM Settings:
Template: Windows 64bit
1 CPU
2 GB VRAM
Chipset: PIIX3
IO-APIC: on
PAE/NX: on
VT-x/AMD-V: on
Nested Paging: on/off (tried both)
ERROR on boot of ISO (with UEFI switched to on):
VM boots into EFI-shell
ERROR on boot of ISO (with UEFI switched to off):
VM boots into Windows recovery screen

Also schalte EFI wieder aus. Am besten zu erzeugst eine neue VM und beläßt - mit Ausnahme der Festplattengröße und des Arbeitsspeichers - alles auf Vorgabewerte.Note that the VirtualBox EFI support is experimental and will be enhanced as EFI matures and becomes more widespread. While Mac OS X and Linux guests are known to work fine, Windows guests are currently unable to boot with the VirtualBox EFI implementation.

Wie oben geschrieben, funktioniert auch das nicht - nur mit anderem Landing-Screen.

It happened the ISO to be corrupted.
I downloaded a new copy of the ISO and the installation seems to proceed quite well.
