Problema Kaffeine non trova canali Mate 13, 17, 18

Buongiorno a tutti, ho un problema con kaffeine e scheda dvb che mi porto dietro da parecchio.
Praticamente sono riuscito a farla funzionare una sola volta su mate 17, , dopo di ciò, cliccando sulla lista canali e scegliendo un canale, la barra del segnale rimaneva vuota e il canale nero.
Idem con mate 13 e 18.
Premetto che con windows vedo la tv, la scheda funziona, credo che in linux sia un problema di driver o di firmware, ma non so proprio come risolvere.
Ho chiesto aiuto in altri forum, ma senza risultato, spero voi possiate aiutarmi.
Se faccio un nuovo scan con Kaffeine, non mi trova nessun canale, benchè dica che il segnale è ok e in configura televisione, mi venga indicata la scheda (vedi allegato)
Con Me tv, invece, non trova neanche il segnale, lo stesso con w-scan (couldn't get any working frequency/transponder. Nothing to scan!!)
Pensando fosse un problema di kernel, mi sono installato, in altra partizione Mint mate 18, ma non è cambiato nulla.
