WiFi network not found

I installed 18.3 KDE on my new laptop Lenovo and internet does not work
Thies to start but a message appears (a graphic message)

Wireless interface (wlp2s0)
The WiFi network could not be found

Now I am writing from the other laptop Asus with Mint 17, so I can exclude that it is a wifi hardware problem

Any help is welcome

Comunque credo che la cosa migliore sarebbe trovare un punto dove accedere tramite cavo ethernet e vedere se da gestore driver ti trova driver proprietari e se te ne propone l'installazione.
