Problema Cuffie - HP Pro X2 612 G1 - Linux Mint 18 Sylvia

Buona sera a tutto il forum.
Ho un problema. Sul mio PC l'uscita audio cuffie non funziona. Con windows 10 andava, mentre con la distribuzione installata ed anche con Lubuntu 16.04 e Ubuntu 18.04 (da chiavetta) non funziona.
Ho provato con Alsamixer a verificare se headphone fosse attivo, ed in apparenza non c'è errore.

Quando inserisco le cuffie, automaticamente in Alsamixer si attiva Headphone con il volume al massimo (a video) quindi il jack lo riconosce.

premi F5, dovrebbe aprirti tutte le varie opzioni

le opzioni sono sempre le stesse anche se lo premo, cambi solo in "tutto"

e con F6 ti propone qualcosa?

con f6 mi da il menu di scelta circa la scheda audio. Scegliendo l'analogico mi da il mixer con headphone a 0. se inserisco il jack delle cuffie o delle casse si attiva al massimo. L'audio però non va. non credo assolutamente dipenda da alsamixer. Credo invece sia un problema di flusso audio che non si incanala quindi un problema software. Ad esempio con il bluethoot l'audio va ed anche con le casse del pc funziona. Questo succede con ogni distribuzione provata su chiavetta live.. non ho proprio idea , mi sembra impossibile, le ho provate tutte....

intendi che linux non usa quella uscita per l'audio ma ne sta usando un'altra ?

a me non funzionava l'audio dal linein, per attivarlo ho dovuto abilitare il loopback....

anche con loopback abilitato non accade nulla... purtroppo da alsamixer ho provato davvero tutto...

da che applicazioni provi l'audio? dal browser? o anche da vlc ecc.?

Vlc, browser etc. Ho provato a modificare l'applicazione, ma anche in tal caso niente audio in cuffia

no, alcun errore.

l'unico dubbio a questo punto è nel file config, ho provato qualche modifica con gedit, ma niente... ci rinuncio..
