Ratón usb y touchpad han dejado de funcionar bien

Hola, he tenido un problema parecido, mi mouse ha dejado de funcionar bien, y en ocaciones hasta el touchpad deja de funcionar. Aquí dejo la info para ver si me pueden ayudar.

A mi hace poco me paso algo parecido solo que respondia muy erratico al simple click , y al final era un problema logico de desgaste del pulsador izq .
Como me han regalado estas navidades un trust inhalambrico baratillo que cambio jejeje , vuelta a la normalidad , revisa a fondo el mouse el polvo que se acumula en la rueda o envejecimiento de los pulsadores podrian hacer estas chorradas !

He comprado un mouse nuevo y sigue con la misma falla. Creo que es algo mas complejo. He probado varias cosas pero nada hace que mejore... ya no sé bien por donde buscar.

Hola Wibol, no creo que sea eso pues no uso Google Chrome... Ahora directamente el mouse no mueve el cursor, solo andan los botones para hacer click y el touchpad al cabo de estar usándolo un rato se bloquea...

Ya no sé que hacer, pues he buscado por todos lados y nada me dice que puede ser!!!

A ver si tenemos mas suerte con la solución que se le dio a NO Touchpad/Keyboard on Acer Aspire E 15.

Se trata de acceder a la BIOS/UEFI pulsando F2 durante el arranque del equipo y cambiar el modo de funcionamiento del touchpad de "Advanced" a "Basic".
