La grub estuvo funcionando bien, tenia las opciones para entrar en Linux y 2 opciones para Windows, una para la particion de recovery ya que es un Acer y desde ahi se reinstala Windows 7 otra vez si es necesario y otra opcion para entrar directamente a windows.
Hace 2 años paso algo que hacia que las 2 opciones de windows apuntaran a la particion de recovery y no podia entrar a windows.
Un amigo lo arreglo, no me acuerdo como con un programa, y se añadio una 3 opcion al grub para windows que esa me permitia entra a windows, asi que tenia 2 apuntando a la particion de recovery y una entrada a windows.
Hace unos meses al intentar parchear microsoft word al reinicia paso lo mismo que antes las 3 opciones de windows apuntan a la particion de recovery y no puedo entrar a windows...... como lo soluciono?
He usado el Recuperador de arramque (boot-repair) y todo sigue igual.
Nada de lo que leo ayuda...... a ver si me podeis hechar una mano

Vamos a probar lo más elemental, a ver si hay suerte. En la terminal:

No olvides:

Realmente, cada entrada del GRUB apunta a una partición distinta. Me hace temer por la integridad de Windows el hecho de que las dos últimas sean consideradas por Linux como partición de inicio de éste. Tal ver por eso, tanto "sda2" como "sda3" redirijan hacia "Recovery", para solucionar desde ahi los problemas de arranque.
Por favor, envía el resultado del siguiente comando encerrándolo entre etiquetas "code" (seleccionar el texto y pulsar botón </>):

Sda1 que es donde esta la particion de recovery donde digamos que el CD del sistema aperativo no puedo acceder, ni tampoco podia en windows, su acceso era pulsando F10 durante la inicializacion de windows. El sda2 no deberia ni ser accesible es el swap de windows segun parece 100 megas.
Acabo de correr otra vez boot-repair y al final te muestra un archivo informativo que es el siguiente..... decir que aunque la ultima vez este programa corrigio el problema esta vez no.

Aunque no es su lugar habitual (si en los Acer) la primera partición (PQSERVICE) es la del entorno de recuperación (de Acer) el que permite volver al estado de fábrica, la segunda partición sería la reservada de sistema ( Güindolín,) o SYSTEM RESERVED (en alguna instalaciones con precagador la de incio) y la tercera la Gúin (en algunaas instalcione la de inicio) (C) si el Güindolín es el original (en instalaciones posteriores de Güindolín esto puede variar).
En principio el inicio correcto debería ser el de la opción sda3 (tercera de Güindolín) o la sda2. Que se inicie Güindolín en modo recuperación debe atender a otros motivos (quizas el parcheo de MSWord del que hablas o que Boot Rapair anteriormente ha realizado cambios en los sectores de inicio/flags de las particiones o que lo tengas activado el fast star-up/hibernación de Güin en cuyo caso no podrás montar la partición o sólo en modo lectura y no descartar un bichito o rootkit) y hay que dejarle hacer.
Si no consigues iniciar Güindolín con estas opciones y/o la reparación no prospera(GRUB no puede iniciar un Güín si esta en hibernación, por ejemplo), procede con lo que te proponen en el foro en inglés (iniciar con un disco de instalación de Güindolín) y tratar de iniciar la reparación del arranque con él.
Luego lo mas probable es que necesites reparar/reinstalar GRUB después pero hazlo según lo indicado en este tutorial, no con Boot Repair.

La verdad es que el primer aviso que mencionas es chocante cuando menos, puede ser debidio a que se montara esa partición (que es la de recuperación de Acer) cosa que no debe hacerse y luego no se desmontara o tal vez a la activación del fast start-up/hibernación en Windows,...a saber. El resto es un aviso de Boot Repair de que se está ejecutando desde el sistema instalado no desde un live y debe copiar archivos desde la partión del sistema (por eso es mejor correrlo desde un Live). Por lo demás la advertencia de que la partición inicable (sda5) este lejos del inicio del disco es por la limitación de algunas BIOS.
De la misma forma me parece sospecho este has maybe -efi lo que podría indicar que se trata de una instalación de Guindolín diferente a la (EUFI) que traía preinstalada de fábrica que es la que se guarda en sda1.
