LMDE 4 Y Digikam [SOLUCIONADO]

Buenos dias tras instalar digikam en LMDE 4 desde el centro de software no me arranca.
¿Al ser una aplicacion KDE y etsar trabajando en cianamon es incompatible?

I have the same problem and I find this: https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/digikam.

Moving files didn't work, so I just deleted them. By relaunching Digikam, they were all recreated and now it's ok.

Ou bien en une ligne de commande:

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends digikam

et si vous souhaitez installer les plugins :

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends kipi-plugins

Con la instalacion de estos comandos a funcionado bien, eso si arrancando de terminal en modo root.

Hola, yo también tengo el mismo problema.
Pero me he dado cuenta que, aún descargandolo desde Synaptic, el programa funciona si se arranca en modo root. NO hace falta una instalación especial.
Ahora hay que encontrar que parte del programa no permite ser ejecutado como usuario...

Hola, yo lo di como solucionado porque arranco en root y ya esta.
Pero bueno si alguien encuentra una solución mejor...
