Trust bluetooth keyboard not compatible

Hello
New Linux Mint 21 user. Got installed and "Trust" bluetooth keyboard not working. Can anyone help to connect? Checked YouTube, no help from there.

Hi new,
Welcome to the forum. First you need to read the forum rules, with regards to Sect 5. Information of the system you are using is required so others can help.
In terminal, copy & paste the following commands and post the results back here in between the code display brackets 5th icon above the text box.
