Black background

Post by aljesco »

Hi all,
I've installed new Linux Mint and after 5 minutes of working here I faced a problem. Background of some windows is black.

I have nvidia proprietary driver installed
Here's glxinfo | grep OpenGL ouput:

Code: Select all

OpenGL vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
OpenGL renderer string: GeForce GTX 560 Ti/PCIe/SSE2
OpenGL version string: 4.2.0 NVIDIA 295.40
OpenGL shading language version string: 4.20 NVIDIA via Cg compiler
OpenGL extensions:

What do I do?

Try changing your DesktopTheme (Settings > SystemSetting > Workspace Appearance) to "Air".
