Should be possible with a small shell script and cron. The main question is how you define inactivity.

Im not sure how to create shell scrips but for inactivity i would say no mouse or keyboard use. Could this be combined with suspend or sleep so if the computer suspends or sleep mode instead it goes to sleep between midnight and 6 am?

Thanks for your Reply
