Help with sudoers file

Never ever touch the sudoers file unless you know exactly what you are doing - this is for "gurus"
And you can't accidentally delete it - you must first have removed a lockfile
You use visudo to edit sudoers - nothing else, and you need password for that
Unless you specified a root password you can enter "recovery mode" - if you specified a root password - well - you're done - almost
Boot the live CD and mount the / partition
It should be possible just to copy your backup
But remember
Never ever touch the sudoers file!
