I was going to get Mint but I noticed that there is diffrent versions. Cinnamon, KDE, Xfce, Mate. What is the diffrence between these versions? Will it affect applications such as Wine? All in all. I wish to know what is diffrent.

Those are desktop environments, not versions. There's also Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE), which is a different thing again. If you have 3D hardware accelerated video then Cinnamon is highly recommended. MATE as in Yerba Mate, pronounced mat-ay, or Xfce, are best if you don't have enough grunt in your video card. My opinion of KDE is that it's an ugly, bloated mess, but YMMV.

Perhaps you might search google for Cinnamon screenshots, or Xfce screenshots et al, and choose a desktop environment that you like the looks of.
