Locating installed programs?

Locating installed programs?

I used the software manager to install openvpn today, but i cant see it anywhere , and when i use the search box, nothing comes up. Gone back into software manager and it states it is installed, but i cant see it anywhere, how do i find it??? :?

Openvpn needs no graphical user interface. Everything you need is a terminal for it!
You should read the how to and faq´s on the official site! (http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-sourc ... howto.html)
If you dont want to use a terminal there are several graphical user interfaces for Linux available, but you have to install them too.
They are also listet on the official Wiki Site! https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/w ... edProjects

and normaly you find your installed programms under /bin ;)
