[SOLVED] Theme not applying to all apps

Post by Spec-chum »

Hey again :)

I've installed a really nice gtk3 theme which I really like but some apps such as Mint Install, Driver Manager, Gparted and a couple others are not themed and look very Wiindows 95!

I guess this is because they're not gtk3 but is there a fix so they can use the theme?

Here's a link to the theme I'm using: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/ ... ent=147290

Thanks :)

Never mind, solved my own issue. It was me being a wally.

I (finally) noticed that it was only apps running as root that were affected and that's when I realised I'd only installed the theme to ~/themes.

Added the theme to /usr/share/themes and we're all good!
