wireless still doesnt work

wireless still doesnt work

its been 6 months and i still cant make it work, am going crazy, please help
i did sudo apt update and all of that, but it just dont work, anybody want to help??? please????

6 months of trying to do what to which device model? On which version of Mint? We need a lot of info to begin to be able to help.

ok sorry for the delay i am back on it......going to india soon so i need this thing running...

Network: Card-1: JMicron JMC250 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller
driver: jme ver: 1.0.8 ports: d100 d000 bus-ID: 02:00.5
Card-2: Realtek RTL8188CE 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter driver: rtl8192ce port: e000 bus-ID: 01:00.0
thats my card
i am not sure what version of mint i am running, i know its cinnimon
