It looks like your Linux Mint is on an extended partition, think someone said before you can't re-size those types of partitions [but I don't really know for sure either way].
Your best bet might be to back up all the data you want/need, and do a reinstall using your whole HD.
Maybe someone more knowledgeable will have something better to say.
