start and stop services in a gui

I want to manage which services and apps start at bootup on mint 16 with KDE. Specifically, I want to stop virtualbox from loading all it's modues at startup

I'm not sure of KDE, but in the mate desktop it's in the menu option Administration/Services virtualbox.
