How can I get my iphone to connect so I can drag and drop music onto it? Thank you.

"Please stick to easy to-the-point questions that you feel people can answer fast." Good thing I posted here. Also, I know Linux mint comes from ubuntu, but I was looking for a tutorial that matched my specs, I guess this will work fine though.

None of the posted solutions work. When I plug my iphone 4 in. I get a message saying view pictures, then it thows an error saying it can't. I can not mount the deivce. When I press trust computer on the iphone nothing seems to happen and in dolphin no drives are created to even hint that the iphone exists. However, if I look at the usb icon in the bottom right hand corner of my screen. I can see that a network device camera has been detected and that two other cameras are detected below that. All useless without any options such as mount working.
