Laptop running slow and fan noisy after recent update

I am using 17.1 and today after the update everything except the office and firefox the laptop is kind of slow i mean sluggish and the fan keep making noise in the background even when nothing heavy is running on the machine. What the hell is causing this any one????

Most likely a conflict of Applications (One App interfering with another). It happens on all OS - Microsoft, Mac & Linux.

Well I dont find any software conflict, anyway how can you find that out
