Seems like the download got corrupted. Did you check the md5 hash?

Old Marcus is right. Make sure you check the MD5 and burn the iso at the slowest possible speed.

You just confirmed what exploder was telling you. You had a bad burn. Re-burn it as he instructed. If you have a problem with one file, there are probably other problems that just haven't shown themselves yet.
