editting third party software sources.

Postby cespinal » Mon Dec 08, 2008 3:27 pm

Quick question:

in Ubuntu, I could go to synaptic > software sources to add whatever repos I would like to...

How can I achieve this on Mint?

Hi,
To add a repo:

1. Click Mint menu.
2. Click 'Package Manager' (Synaptic).
3. Click 'Settings' on the menu at the top of the 'Package Manager' (Synaptic).
4. Click 'Repositories'.
5. Click 'New' to add a repo.

Hope this helps :)
