Hey guys,
I have installed linux mint on my computer successfully. i installed it on a 128gb ssd, and i want to install steam games. i put in a internal 200gb hard drive for the games, but everytime i shut down my computer it unmounts the hard drive. what mount point should i put the hard drive at just for installing games?

All drives are unmounted at shutdown...not sure how a drive could be mounted when the power is off.i put in a internal 200gb hard drive for the games, but everytime i shut down my computer it unmounts the hard drive.

Do you mean that you want the drive to remount automatically every time you start up?
If so you would have edit /etc/fstab with an auto option.
(It should not matter where you want to mount the drive (partition.))
If this is what you want and need more detailed instructions, post back.

Post the results of these 2 commands, and we can provide specific details on how to automount the partition at boot.
