This sounds like a hardware problem. Is it duplicated in any other operating system?

I guess you wanted to write "... with no touchpad".

Any chance to get a different mouse from a friend?

Does the problem persist, if you plug out the mouse?

It appears not permanently and what is a cause i dont know.
Any vibration with a sensitive mouse setting may make the mouse cursor move
--that's the first thing to check

When the cursor is moving where are your hands and are you shaking/vibration the surface on which the mouse lays (in some manner ??)
