[SOLVED] Problem with video-driver may be

Hello,
I decide to install Linux Mint 18 Xfce beta on my second home computer. There was the same problem with Linux Mint 17.3 so I decide to install Mint 18.
I was advised to put into the Terminal a command: sudo mesg and to see the result of it.
There is some bad results - my opinion:

Launch Driver Manager and see available driver for your Nvidia graphics card.

Install the recommended driver nvidia-304 and reboot.

NOT SOLVED!
I just made a fresh install of Linux Mint 19 TARA and I got the issue.

The driver is nouveau
The driver-manager does not show any NVIDIA card
