a quick search reveals that the helpdeco package seems to provide what you are looking for... I am not sure how you would use it though. But you should be heading in the right direction with it.

install it using

Code: Select all

sudo apt-get install helpdeco

then for instructions try running

Code: Select all

man helpdeco

or google...
