Netflix Desktop for Linux Mint 18

Post by ngoziish »

I have use the Netflix Desktop in Linux Mint Mate 17.1 and it worked fine. Recently I upgraded to Linux Mint 18 xf..., and for some reason it's unable to locate package. Below are the commands used in my terminal. I wonder if anyone is running into this problem in Mint 18 and how did you resolve it? Thanks!

Or just use Google Chrome.

Looks like that PPA doesn't support Mint 18 / Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial (yet). You may want to look for an alternative ppa, contact the maintainer, or try something else ? . . :)

@Habitual Google Chrome for linux does not support my system which is a 32bit. I am currently using Chromium which in it self does not support netflx desktop on Mint 18.

@richyrich, thanks for the response, I hope there a reasonable workaround alternative available. If not, I will wait patiently. Overall, I am quite satisfy and happy with Mint 18 Xfce
