laptop battery meter not working right

Post by NSA_Dontspyoneme »

I moved my HD from a 32bit laptop to a 64bit laptop and it worked fine. I had to add the video driver but she is up and runnning. The only issue is the battery meter on the tray isnt working right. It will go from 87% then to 100% then drop to 45% then shut off at 41%.

Any way to fix this?
Any way to back up all settings and move to 64bit?
Is the 32bit running on a 64bit pc causing issues like low battery performance? The machine will go about 1hr then it dies.

Its an older elitebook core 7 with a quadra-cuda video card.
