Keystrokes to restart xserver
Hi all, I was just wondering what the keystroke combo is to restart xserver. I know it used to be ctrl alt delete but that no longer works. My screen goes blank when I play a certain game so I can't use the terminal. Any help much appreciated thanks.

Nah it was-and-is Ctrl+Alt+Backspace. The 'Delete' variant used to hard-reset the CPU using a wire from the keyboard, but we don't do that one any more.
Or you can use Ctrl+Alt+F1 and log in 'behind the scenes' to do the command

sudo killall Xorg if it's obvious the GUI is never going to recover.-

Right enough it is ctrl alt backspace. I'd better lay off the beer
