can not add keyboard applet in the panel, also can not change input by any key combination, altho in Language Settings I added Serbian, but I don't see that do anything. I need Serbian and Russian Cyrillic alphabet and for the last 2-3 days couldn't find a solution . Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon v2.8.8
