Anyone know how to remove this Open Pix Photo Import Tool that comes up when you launch a drive where photos are located? I don't want to use this program and would like to turn it off if possible.

Re: Open Pix Photo Import Tool in Nemo
You could try Menu - Preferences - Preferred Applications - Photos, and try something else.
Re: Open Pix Photo Import Tool in Nemo
Also look at the 'removable media' tab in the 'preferred applications' app greerd mentions.

Thanks guys! I tried messing with the preferred programs and it doesn't appear to work? May be hard-coded into Nemo?

I would of thought that that (you picture) would work since nemo is 'integrated' into cinnamon. Maybe try the same for 'when a camera is connected' and see what happens.Pepi wrote:Thanks guys! I tried messing with the preferred programs and it doesn't appear to work? May be hard-coded into Nemo?
