[solved] a tooltip color adjustment

Post by ineuw »

Is there a user modifiable colour setting to affect the tooltip colour in Firefox. I am not referring to the theme's tooltip colour settings which are fine. The problem is the same regardless of the theme selected. The colour of the tooltip in Firefox is a black foreground on dark charcoal background. Also, this issue is only in Linux, but not in Windows. The following link is the Mozilla forum post regarding this problem, as I am not the only one having this issue.
