Mouse Hover Time

Post by trash man »

Is there anyway to adjust the mouse hover time, say to 5secs, giving a delay before all the Yellow tooltips and Notifications pop up, they seem to be appearing on every thing now and sometimes just get really annoying!

Using MATE 18, gtk-enable-tooltips = 0 and in firefox, browser.chrome.tooltip set to false stops some of them.

There like half a second delay before they popup, something like a 5sec delay would be better.

Something like a mouse jiggler would be handy, so the mouse stays active and doesn't actually stop and hover??
