Is there a quick way to increase volume beyond 100%?
On Ubuntu you can enable a setting that allows you to quickly increase volume beyond 100% using the special keyboard volume keys.
Is there a similar feature available in 18.3 Cinnamon?

Click the speaker icon on the lower right side of your screen -->sound settings. Here you can increase volume beyond 100%

I see now way at all to control the volume level in this manner,
all I get is "Configure" and there all I get is mute input or output,
does not show anyway to set the volume level.
