Arrange windows vertically

Hello guys,

I have a very newbie question. How to do for arrange the windows in gnome vertically. In windows there is the tile vertically option (see the image). I just want know how to do that in gnome?

I found this, X Tile 1.0, which allows you to arrange windows in different ways.
