Post by MichaelB1953 »

Is it feasable to have WinXP 32bit and LM 18.2 Mate 64bit as a dual boot on the same Hard Drive with a 64bit capable computer?

Yes. Just make sure fast boot is off in the BIOS and, if your BIOS has an option for it, enable legacy boot.

Only if you need to run software that ticks ALL of the following 3 boxes:

- program isn't available for linux
- program requires a 32-bit OS
- program can not be run on 32-bit Win7 or newer
