That's two votes for codeacademy.com (I learned the basics of python, html and css there)
Coursera.org and edx.org are two other options. All of these "free" online universities recently changed their pricing models and are now charging for "extras" (and that includes codeacademy) although most courses have free options where you don't get graded and there is no certificate.
I learned javascript through Coursera this way.
