[SOLVED]Linux Mint crash

Hey guys. I'm trying to instal Linux Mint Cinnamon for the first time. I got it on a USB Flashdrive and created a 400GB partition for it. I wanna Dual boot it with windows 10 to give it a try first(even though I'm pretty sure I will love it). Now I booted from the flash drive and got in the Linux partition. I started the Linux Mint installation and when I get to "Installation type" I just get a blank white window and there's no partition or anything to choose from. And when I press the "+" or "change" options the installer crashes.

From within the live session, please generate an overview of your system like this:

Also my computer becomes extremely slow when I'm on Mint. It took me about 15 min to open firefox and get this message sent. I'm really not sure why, I have a pretty strong computer

Hey I tried setting my Nvidia card as my default card but it hasn't worked. I'm trying to instal Linux Mint 17.3 now hoping that would work

It's crashing at the exact same step in the installation with Mint 17.3 as well

I tried installing the latest version of Ubuntu. It's not as slow but it's also crashing at the same step as Mint
